Full Stack Developer

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its Sales Enablement IT team. The role blends traditional full‑stack engineering with AI‑assisted development tools to deliver high‑quality applications for Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications supporting sales and marketing platforms.
• Build front‑end and back‑end solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Integrate large‑language‑model (LLM) features into user‑facing products.
• Collaborate with the Tech Owner to align solutions with architectural standards and the technical roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and operational stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire stack.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Understanding of AI/LLM integration patterns.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud‑based architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Fluent English communication skills.
