Full-Stack Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

Bay Property Management Group is seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain custom internal applications that improve operational efficiency across its fast‑growing property‑management business. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to work on real‑world problems from concept through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop internal web applications and operational tools.
• Create and maintain API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth) with third‑party services.
• Build dashboards, reporting systems, and workflow‑automation solutions for onboarding, lease renewals, and reporting.
• Handle cloud/VPS deployments, application maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development workflows to increase coding speed and quality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of full‑stack development experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with non‑technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset focused on business impact.
