General Operator

About the role

We are looking for a General Operator to join UPS’s warehouse team in Mexico. In this fast‑paced environment you will be responsible for handling packages throughout the shipping cycle, ensuring timely loading, unloading and accurate processing of shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload UPS packages from trailers and package cars using appropriate equipment.
• Sort, scan, and stock packages according to UPS handling procedures.
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing loads for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Capability to read and memorize postal codes accurately.
• Flexibility to work varying shift schedules, up to five days per week.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
