Graphic Designer – Amazon Listing Specialist

About the role

You will be the visual engine behind Amazon product listings, creating the first impression customers see. Working closely with an Account Manager and Brand Manager, you will produce high‑impact creative assets that drive click‑through and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Create all listing images, A+ Content, Premium A+, Brand Story, and Storefront assets for each product.
• Deliver a standard set of 7 PDP images and 5 A+ images, providing both mobile and desktop versions.
• Leverage AI design tools and the Listing Optimization AI to generate multiple creative options while ensuring natural, brand‑accurate results.
• Review and research creative briefs independently, gathering color palettes, fonts, and style direction from client resources.
• Submit completed work in Figma for review and maintain drafts in Amazon Seller Central, saving all files as drafts for the Account Manager to publish.
• Maintain organized file structures, follow naming conventions, and ensure all assets are licensed and product‑accurate.
• Track time and task estimates in ClickUp, prioritize revisions, and guarantee at least 8 hours of work queued each week.

• Proactive and detail‑oriented, able to deliver high‑quality creative output efficiently.
• Strong collaborative mindset, working daily with Account and Brand Managers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and ensure continuity when unavailable.
• Commitment to maintaining brand consistency and product accuracy across all assets.
