Host Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Host Manager leads the Host Department at One&Only Palmilla, ensuring every guest receives a highly personalized and memorable experience throughout their stay. Reporting to Rooms Division leadership, this role is pivotal in delivering the resort’s signature luxury service and emotional connection.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Hosts and Host Leaders team, maintaining Forbes and internal luxury service standards.
• Design and execute seamless arrival, departure, villa, VIP, and special celebration experiences.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and guest satisfaction.
• Drive training, coaching, and development initiatives for the Host team.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns proactively, and continuously improve the Host Program.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Rooms Division, Butler, or Host operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating emotionally engaging guest experiences.
• Ability to lead by example, coach teams, and foster a culture of genuine hospitality and accountability.
• Detail‑oriented, service‑focused mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
