HR Business Partner

About the role

ABB is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Electrification team. You will work onsite, partnering with managers to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end HR support for a defined team or location, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Partner with managers to design and implement people strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and promote behavior change across the business area.
• Deliver HR processes across the employee lifecycle, adding measurable value to the organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and act as the HR representative in business discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
