HR Generalist

About the role

Confie is seeking an HR Generalist to support its Shared Services Center in Tijuana. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive employee services, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Align HR practices with business objectives and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, termination, and exit interviews.
• Provide personnel services such as labor letters, transportation support, equipment damage reporting, and updates to INFONAVIT, FONACOT, IMSS, and RFC records.
• Oversee social security registration (IMSS), work‑risk documentation (ST‑7), and medical leave management.
• Handle payroll incidents, including PSG, disabilities, holidays, and related queries.
• Address employee complaints, disciplinary cases, and support organizational change initiatives.
• Perform any additional HR activities required to maintain operational excellence.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in human resources or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and employee benefits systems.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
