Talent Operations Associate – Americas

About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally organized, tech‑forward Talent Operations Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. As the first Talent Operations Associate in the region, you will bridge high‑touch candidate coordination with cutting‑edge operational processes for Americas hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex, multi‑time‑zone interview scheduling, leveraging AI tools and workflow automation to resolve declines and optimize availability.
• Partner directly with senior leaders, hiring managers and interviewers, holding stakeholders accountable to service‑level agreements and securing calendar availability.
• Build and maintain recruitment and scheduling dashboards to track metrics such as interviewer bandwidth, time‑to‑schedule and drop‑off rates.
• Manage and scale interviewer training and shadowing programs to ensure a consistent pool of qualified interviewers.
• Configure and optimize our talent tech stack (Ashby ATS), testing new features and AI integrations to improve pipeline velocity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑volume, multi‑region interview coordination or talent operations.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with the ability to resolve high‑friction scheduling logistics.
• Demonstrated passion for AI tools, prompt engineering or workflow automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Data fluency with experience building reporting dashboards to identify bottlenecks.
• Strong executive presence and tactful communication skills for managing senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent project‑management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
