HR Generalist – Monterrey

About the role

Trivelta is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to build and own the HR function for its fast‑growing operations in Monterrey, Mexico. You will work closely with local and global teams to ensure compliance, develop people processes, and foster a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, time‑off policies, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor law (LFT) and local regulations.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, equipment provisioning, and HRIS upkeep using tools such as Gusto and Deel.
• Develop performance management cycles, professional development programs, and internal mobility pathways.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Implement and maintain HR systems, ensure data integrity, and produce headcount analytics.
• Partner with local and international leaders to support organizational scaling and structural changes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on HR experience in a high‑growth, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and ability to align with U.S. and EU HR practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to design and implement HR processes from scratch.

Required skills

• Experience with Gusto payroll platform.
• Experience with Deel contractor management tool.
• Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing.
