HR Recruiter

About the role

UNOX is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join its Mexico team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager at the company’s headquarters in Italy, you will play a key part in attracting talent and supporting employee wellbeing across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from defining profiles and publishing job offers to onboarding new hires.
• Partner with employment agencies to source suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Design and implement employee wellbeing initiatives, such as health programs and team‑building events.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance UNOX’s talent attraction.
• Support training and development activities in collaboration with the HR team in Italy.
• Maintain the HR portal, update employee master data, and ensure all HR documentation complies with local labor regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Humanities, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Fluent Spanish (native) and strong English communication skills; Italian is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a results‑oriented mindset.
