HR Trainee – Recruitment and Onboarding Support

About the role

Join CIAL Dun & Bradstreet as an HR Trainee and support our fast‑growing team in Latin America. You will assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and various administrative tasks that help attract and retain talent.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment for junior positions: post jobs, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Assist in end‑to‑end hiring processes, including candidate communication and interview logistics.
• Participate in onboarding new hires, ensuring smooth integration into company culture and operations.
• Contribute to employer branding by managing job platform content, liaising with universities, and supporting career‑fair activities.
• Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders.
• Maintain candidate and employee databases with strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate on special HR projects such as employee engagement, training, and wellness programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Database management.
• Effective internet search techniques.
