Implementation Project Manager

About the role

The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) ensures new brands are set up for success from kickoff through go‑live, coordinating across Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for new brands across the US from post‑sale kickoff to successful go‑live.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using tools such as Baton, Salesforce and Jira.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Sales, Solutions, Product, Engineering, Operations and other teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Track project action items, set expectations, manage escalations and mitigate risks that could impact launch timelines.
• Document project updates, decisions and launch statuses in internal systems and build strong relationships with brands and 3PL partners.

Required profile

• 2+ years of project management, customer onboarding or implementation experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics or eCommerce.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving startup or high‑growth environment where priorities and processes evolve quickly.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized and proactively surface risks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira and project‑management tools; experience with Baton is a plus.
• Understanding of eCommerce workflows such as Shopify, BigCommerce, 3PL integrations, APIs and shipping carriers.
