Implementation Specialist – Customer Testing

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support testing of technical interfaces for its core and auxiliary processing systems. You will work directly with international financial institutions, transaction processors, and service providers to ensure seamless integration and compliance with Mastercard standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout testing execution.
• Provide testing support for technical interfaces, covering both standard and complex scenarios.
• Ensure processing interfaces comply with Mastercard’s global product rules and specifications.
• Define, create, maintain, and document both standard and non‑standard customer testing processes.
• Deliver high‑quality testing activities that guarantee reliable implementations.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in information technology systems with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and testing.
• Deep knowledge of electronic payment processes, including authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Familiarity with Mastercard’s payment processing formats and host interface testing principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with customers, senior, and executive management.
• Self‑starter able to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
