About the role

The In‑Room Dining Server delivers food and beverage service directly to guests in their rooms, guiding them through the menu and ensuring a memorable, high‑quality experience that reflects Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive in‑room dining service, presenting menus and taking accurate orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining impeccable presentation.
• Uphold ultra‑luxury service standards and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and internal emergency protocols during each shift.
• Apply state liquor regulations, including age verification and responsible service.
• Complete daily tasks, attend mandatory training, and promote teamwork.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in ultra‑luxury hotel service.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Proactive, excellent presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid work authorization in Mexico.

Required skills

• Knowledge of high service standards.
• Understanding of internal safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with state liquor regulations.
