Independent Account Manager

About the role

The Independent Account Manager joins lululemon’s Strategic Sales team to combine community engagement with wholesale account development. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this hybrid role focuses on high‑value ecosystems such as gated communities, golf clubs, luxury hotels, and boutique retail shops.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with club directors, trainers, and wellness leaders in gated communities and golf clubs.
• Plan and execute private events, trunk shows, and activations tailored to each community’s ecosystem.
• Partner with store teams to ensure inventory alignment for events and curated product experiences.
• Serve as the connective tissue of the local wellness and movement community, cultivating long‑term relationships with studio owners, private clubs, and influential partners.
• Identify, onboard, and maintain wholesale accounts and strategic relationships across the market.
• Prospect new customers, close sales, and conduct continuous follow‑up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee the process of opening customer proposals, maximize sales, and optimize inventory.
