Industrial Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our production and administrative processes. The role will focus on implementing Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, optimizing workflows, and supporting the digital transformation of operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign production or administrative processes to increase efficiency.
• Implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other continuous‑improvement tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and manage inventories and material flow.
• Evaluate production costs, prepare budgets and financial analyses for projects.
• Support the launch of new production lines and search for cost‑saving opportunities.
• Study times and motions to boost productivity and train personnel in industrial safety.
• Automate processes using software or machinery and participate in Industry 4.0 digitalisation.
• Select and evaluate technological tools to design more sustainable, low‑impact processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication, leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptable, result‑oriented and capable of managing time and priorities.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.
• Logistics and supply‑chain management.
• Data analysis, applied statistics, process design and simulation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, ERP (SAP), advanced Excel and Minitab.
