In‑House Personal Trainer – Luxury Wellness Club

About the role

Teva Wellness & Lifestyle, a high‑end members‑only club in Polanco, is seeking a dedicated In‑House Personal Trainer. This role goes beyond delivering training sessions; you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding members through data‑driven fitness assessments and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sell personal training services and engage prospective clients.
• Deliver high‑quality, customized training sessions.
• Maintain a proactive presence on the gym floor, assisting members with equipment and form.
• Conduct the Body Blueprint process, including Evolt body composition scans, VO₂ max testing, strength and mobility assessments.
• Interpret assessment results, create data‑backed training plans, and present pricing.
• Represent Teva’s standards of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with high‑end clientele and discussing sales.
• Proactive, confident, and committed to long‑term growth within the brand.
• Ability to clearly explain training plans and assessment outcomes.
