IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that support procurement and purchasing operations across Mexico, the US, Canada and LATAM. The role bridges business and technology, driving digital transformation and delivering high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Align IT strategy with business goals and ensure projects deliver measurable value.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps, including cloud migration and system modernization.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of projects to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Drive digitalization, automation and innovation initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements and outsourced services.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, business case development and execution.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across the Americas.
• Lead and develop project teams, fostering performance and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT or information systems.
• Proven project management experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing vendors and multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
