About the role

Join Amazon OpsTech Solutions (OTS) as an IT Support Engineer I and help keep the global network of fulfillment facilities running smoothly. You will deploy technical solutions, provide hands‑on support for hardware and software, and collaborate with teams worldwide to maintain high‑availability systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy innovative technical solutions across regional facilities.
• Provide expert support for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Maintain critical system uptime and performance during operational hours.
• Execute local technical projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and design efficient IT processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures.
• Partner with leadership and global teams to enhance IT infrastructure.
• Deliver remote assistance and travel within the region for on‑site support as needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience with Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi‑user, high‑availability environment.
• 2+ years networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI model, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years supporting Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• 2+ years maintaining a corporate network environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Red Hat), Microsoft hardware, or AWS.
