IT Workplace Coordinator

About the role

Goods & Services is seeking an IT Workplace Coordinator to manage both technical help‑desk duties and the logistics of IT equipment across multiple locations. The role is based in Merida, Yucatán, and requires strong Windows support skills, Microsoft 365 administration, and a focus on delivering excellent internal customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for IT service‑desk tickets, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install software, troubleshoot operating‑system issues, and perform hardware diagnostics.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and execute PowerShell scripts for user provisioning, license management, and reporting.
• Maintain the IT asset management system, track inventory, and conduct periodic audits.
• Coordinate procurement, shipping, receiving, and customs documentation for IT equipment across borders.
• Document procedures, known issues, and resolutions in the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment with progressive responsibility.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
