Java Full-Stack Developer (Spring Boot & React)

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Java Full-Stack Developer with strong React experience to join a high‑impact engineering team that powers a leading dining and reservation ecosystem. You will work on customer‑facing features, identity flows, and cross‑platform integrations, contributing to a modern, cloud‑native platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Create responsive UI components with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Implement integration layers (BFF / API Gateway) linking front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a Scrum‑based environment.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing (JUnit), code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Participate in feature development, system improvements, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to cloud‑based solutions on AWS and scalable platform design.
• Utilize modern tools such as Git, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot for efficient delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
• Proven ability to build REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with Git‑based version control.
• Proficiency in JUnit or similar testing frameworks.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• English level B2+ (upper‑intermediate or higher).
