Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Hybrid – Monterrey/CDMX)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications for our clients in Mexico. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site at Infosys offices in Monterrey or Mexico City, and involves frequent interaction with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality, maintainable code using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and related technologies.
• Lead design and implementation of complex features across the full stack.
• Translate functional requirements into robust backend and frontend solutions.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, contract and TDD tests.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns and scalable architecture techniques.
• Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Engage with clients to clarify requirements and provide regular updates.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimise applications for performance and reliability.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microservices architecture and distributed transactions.
