Junior Area Manager – Amazon Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking high‑potential leaders to join its Operations team as Junior Area Managers. In this entry‑level, front‑line position you will lead a team of Amazon Associates in a fulfillment center, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 20‑50 hourly associates.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity and on‑time delivery standards.
• Communicate policies, ensure compliance and take corrective actions.
• Implement recognition and communication programs.
• Support OSHA safety programs and loss‑prevention measures.
• Partner with support teams to uphold quality control and performance goals.
