Junior IT Business Relationship Analyst (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Join KTSA, the technology services arm of KPMG US, as a Junior IT Business Relationship Analyst. You will support day‑to‑day operations, act as a bridge between technical teams in India and the US, and ensure smooth communication with end‑users while developing your technical and project management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks, product communication, and end‑user support.
• Receive technical requirements (TRFs) from India and translate them for Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and US teams.
• Coordinate technical solutions, maintain documentation, and track request status.
• Support service delivery within defined Service Levels, automation, and productivity goals.

Required profile

• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level in English).
• Pass a technical evaluation and possess basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
• Study background in technology or customer service (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, International Affairs).
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong documentation and priority‑based execution skills.
