Junior Project Manager – Manufacturing Projects

About the role

Siemens is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to lead and support manufacturing projects. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and cross‑functional communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and with proper documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small‑to‑medium manufacturing projects from planning through closure.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics and supply‑chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track timelines, deliverables, risks and project KPIs.
• Support production planning activities such as scheduling, material availability and shop‑floor follow‑up.
• Maintain project documentation and keep internal stakeholders informed.
• Update SAP with accurate data and support related system transactions.
• Monitor product metrics and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics for material coordination.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing projects, production planning, supply‑chain or operations.
• Hands‑on exposure to plant‑floor environments.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1–B2).
• Knowledge of project‑management methodologies and production‑planning processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Logistics Engineering.
