About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the heart of Mexico City and is designed for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in legal compliance within the fintech and SOFOM sector.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to financial regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
- Maintain liaison with regulators, specifically CNBV and Condusef.
- Support the compliance team in monitoring regulatory changes.
Required profile
- 2 to 5 years of legal experience in a fintech or SOFOM environment.
- Hands‑on experience with CNBV and Condusef regulations.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; certifications are a plus.
- Prior exposure to regulatory compliance or consultancy for international business is beneficial.
