About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the heart of Mexico City and is designed for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in legal compliance within the fintech and SOFOM sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research related to financial regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
  • Maintain liaison with regulators, specifically CNBV and Condusef.
  • Support the compliance team in monitoring regulatory changes.

Required profile

  • 2 to 5 years of legal experience in a fintech or SOFOM environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with CNBV and Condusef regulations.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; certifications are a plus.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory compliance or consultancy for international business is beneficial.
