Junior Software Developer (ServiceNow Academy)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join its ServiceNow Academy program. This entry‑level position is designed for candidates with 1–2 years of programming experience who are eager to specialize in the ServiceNow platform and work on real client projects after training.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the ServiceNow Academy and complete all training modules.
• Learn ServiceNow development, configuration, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and technical leads on project tasks.
• Develop and customize applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow technologies.
• Create workflows, automations, and platform customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues following coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of software development experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and teamwork.
• Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
