Main Missions

• Publish job openings across various professional job boards.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other advanced recruitment tools.
• Perform initial CV screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and recruitment workshops.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English (essential for our global operations).
