Key Account Manager – Modern Trade (Mexico)

About the role

SKINTIFIC, a science‑driven skincare brand expanding across Asia, is looking for a Key Account Manager – Modern Trade to lead strategic partnerships with modern trade retail chains in Mexico. The role focuses on driving revenue, ensuring in‑store excellence, and delivering sustainable growth through effective account management and joint business planning.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new distributors while up‑selling to existing customers.
• Track and report competitor activities and develop market intelligence.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, accurate sales forecasting, and account planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Prepare regular performance reports and participate in review meetings.
• Analyze market trends and formulate responsive strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in Modern Trade, Key Account, or Branch Management within FMCG, preferably personal care, skincare, or beauty products.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Existing relationships with modern trade accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets, or health & beauty stores.
• Ability to develop channel sales strategies.
• Result‑oriented, entrepreneurial, and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia if needed and able to join ASAP.
