Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Learning & Development Young Professional and support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training initiatives across a global tech organization. This remote position offers an excellent entry point for individuals eager to build a career in L&D.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and managing logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning events.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing and updating content.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to help evaluate and enhance learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Help track and report L&D metrics to measure the impact of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
