Legal Solutions Project Manager

About the role

Mitratech is seeking a Legal Solutions Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects that deliver technology solutions for legal, HR, and compliance teams. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, strategy, staffing, and schedule for multiple initiatives.
• Track milestones, manage risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate resources.
• Maintain client contracts, commercial agreements, and all related documentation.
• Record and manage billable project hours, expenses, and timecards.
• Communicate project deliverables and metrics to stakeholders and executive groups.
• Build effective relationships using strong soft‑skill capabilities.
• Identify, resolve, and document client‑side and internal issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Excellent verbal communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to engage with prospects at all levels, including executives.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple development projects and virtual teams.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
• PMP certification is a plus.
