Logistics Operations Manager – Warehouse & Supply Chain

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a results‑driven Logistics Operations Manager to lead warehouse and logistics activities at its state‑of‑the‑art facility in Mexico City. The role is pivotal for ensuring operational excellence, safety, and high‑quality service delivery within the Contract Logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and facility utilization to improve efficiency.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs such as productivity, service level, accuracy, safety, and cost.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean and process‑optimization methodologies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce across multiple shifts.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture focused on accountability.
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, customer service, external vendors, and logistics partners.
