Maintenance Mechanic – Preventive & Routine Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Maintenance Mechanic to lead routine and preventive maintenance across our facilities and manufacturing equipment. The role involves ensuring reliable operation of physical buildings, process equipment, and support systems while supporting the maintenance and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks on facilities and manufacturing machinery.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and engineering staff as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed according to schedule and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
