Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that electro‑mechanical equipment used in manufacturing operates reliably. You will troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild machinery, applying both electrical and mechanical expertise to keep production lines running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in non‑functioning equipment.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and re‑assemble machinery according to layout plans, blueprints, manuals, or sketches.
• Use test and diagnostic tools to perform equipment check‑outs and verify functionality.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required and implement modifications directed by engineering.
• Contribute technical knowledge to develop new concepts and techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of specialized electrical and mechanical functions.
• Ability to work independently, make judgments, and lead small teams or act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Strong problem‑solving initiative for complex assignments.
