Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures the proper functioning, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines and thermal treatment ovens. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and execute repairs to minimize downtime and boost production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections on CNC machines, thermal treatment ovens, and other plant equipment.
• Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems to keep production running.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industrial regulations.
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records for audits and operational reporting.
• Support all maintenance programs aimed at improving machine performance.
• Identify and propose design changes to extend equipment life, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve product quality.

Required profile

• Technical degree or engineering background in mechanical, industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience diagnosing and maintaining CNC equipment (mandatory).

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, sensors, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with CNC machine maintenance.
