About the role

Join our boutique hotel and restaurant in Durgerdam as a Management Trainee – Operations. This full‑time traineeship gives you hands‑on exposure to every facet of boutique hospitality, from guest service to back‑office coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily service operations.
• Assist across both restaurant and hotel areas, ensuring smooth guest experiences.
• Contribute to operational planning, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Lead one or two improvement projects aimed at enhancing service quality or efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to refine processes and elevate the guest journey.

Required profile

• Curious, hands‑on, and eager to learn all aspects of hospitality operations.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Solution‑focused, able to propose and implement new ideas.
• Committed to sustainability and high‑quality standards.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Currently studying hospitality or a related field.
• Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work there.
