Manufacturing Engineering Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team at our Saltillo facility, ensuring production processes are efficient, safe, and cost‑effective. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of engineers and technicians.
• Resolve technical issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Support new product launches and process transfers into production.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply‑chain teams to improve throughput and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Strong background in manufacturing and process engineering, including line balancing and production support.
• Proven engineering management experience with team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of industrial‑engineering principles such as work measurement and layout design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
