Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to support the daily marketing activities, digital presence, and personal brand initiatives of Michael Baldwin and his team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, dynamic environment where marketing, content creation, and project coordination intersect.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Organise photography and videography sessions for property and lifestyle content.
• Create, edit, and publish short‑form video content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain website updates, content administration, and newsletters.
• Support basic SEO/GEO initiatives and digital advertising (Google Ads and social media ads).
• Maintain content calendars and track marketing performance metrics.
• Coordinate project timelines, external vendors, and internal reports.
• Assist with property marketing, brand development, and occasional client‑facing events.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Canva.
• Video editing experience.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Photography and graphic design experience (a plus).
