Mexico Controller

About the role

The Mexico Controller is a key member of ENNOVI's regional management team, responsible for ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting, and performance improvement across the Mexican operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop an efficient Finance function for the Mexico site.
• Provide timely, actionable financial information and analysis to site, regional, and functional leaders.
• Enforce financial policies and procedures, acting as a voice of reason and prudence.
• Collaborate closely with regional, division, and corporate finance on onboarding, restructuring, taxation, and treasury matters.
• Support planning and decision‑making processes through robust budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in controlling or financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
