Mid-level Graphic & Motion Designer – Part-Time Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Hubstaff is seeking a mid‑level Graphic & Motion Designer to create compelling visual content for its SaaS products. This part‑time, fully remote position supports product storytelling, website experiences, and performance‑driven creative across video, motion, and digital design.

Key responsibilities

• Create product videos and motion assets (walkthroughs, feature clips, explainers) from concept to final delivery.
• Design web motion experiences such as hero loops, micro‑interactions, and hover states aligned with the design system.
• Produce high‑performing creatives for A/B tests across formats, durations, and messaging.
• Deliver multi‑format assets for web and paid channels, ensuring consistency across breakpoints and platforms.
• Handle art finalization, including exports, format optimization, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Web/Front‑end teams on implementation using Lottie, SVG, and motion specifications.
• Maintain organized libraries, templates, and reusable components.
• QA assets across devices, browsers, and formats to ensure quality and performance.
• Contribute to motion guidelines and system consistency.
• Partner with Marketing to iterate based on performance insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, and graphic design (agency or in‑house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS product videos, web motion, and modern design fundamentals.
• Experience designing for web and performance marketing across multiple formats.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Marketing, UX, and Engineering.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities.
