Molding Operator III

About the role

We are looking for a Molding Operator III to join our manufacturing team. In this position you will set up, operate and maintain molding equipment to ensure high‑quality production while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production machine equipment, set up machines, operate them according to schedule, and write or modify machine programs.
• Diagnose molding problems, propose corrective actions, create prototypes to test mold effectiveness, and perform precision adjustments.
• Facilitate repair and preventive maintenance activities, manage required paperwork, track mechanical downtime, and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Insert, change, and maintain mold tools as needed while following safety, company, department and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
