Murex DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate automated platforms that enable reliable, secure and scalable delivery of the Murex MX platform across SaaS, cloud and on-premises environments. The role will work closely with development, QA and client-facing teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines, environment management and production reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration, testing and deployment across multiple environments.
• Automate build, packaging, deployment processes and enforce version-control best practices using Git.
• Provision, configure and upgrade environments; manage lifecycle including patching, decommissioning and multi-client setups.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions to achieve end-to-end observability and support SRE activities.
• Manage environment data lifecycle, including data provisioning, masking for non-production and database migration tasks.
• Act as technical escalation point for platform incidents, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution with support and product teams.
• Collaborate with development, QA, product and client teams to integrate automation, ensure release readiness and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in DevOps engineering with hands‑on experience in CI/CD, infrastructure automation and environment management.
• Familiarity with cloud, SaaS and on-premises deployment models.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (3–4 days onsite) and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
