National Sales Account Senior Manager

About the role

OMRON Healthcare is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and grow its most strategic national accounts across retail, pharmacy and e‑commerce channels in Mexico. The role requires a business‑owner mindset, cross‑functional influence and a data‑driven approach to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the national key‑account strategy to achieve growth, profitability and market leadership.
• Own full customer‑level P&L, including pricing, trade investment, margins and promotions.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with strategic customers and ensure alignment through quarterly business reviews and S&OP processes.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives across retail, pharmacy and e‑commerce.
• Leverage sell‑out data, market share and shopper insights to inform decisions.
• Act as the senior commercial interface with key customers, coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing national key accounts in healthcare, OTC or FMCG.
• Proven ownership of P&L and commercial strategy at the customer level.
• Demonstrated success leading Joint Business Plans with top‑tier clients.
• Excellent negotiation, business development and omnichannel expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
