NCG Specialist – Logistics & Materials Management

About the role

As an NCG Specialist you will ensure an efficient and timely logistics setup for non‑commercial goods, securing cost‑effective delivery, sustainable reuse and accurate material flow from split‑points to construction and facilities projects. You will coordinate sourcing, transport, inventory, documentation and cross‑functional collaboration to guarantee quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the C&F Manager and Expansion Controller to define the optimal NCG strategy for the market.
• Prepare, present and analyse business cases related to NCG and logistics investments.
• Implement logistic setups and tender providers for transport, storage and handling, ensuring best price‑quality ratio.
• Monitor external partner agreements and propose improvements to logistic efficiency.
• Secure cost‑efficient, on‑time delivery of NCG in the right quantity and sustainably.
• Update LIMA with correct on‑site dates to enable global forecasting.
• Coordinate purchasing, ordering, fabrication, delivery and inventory of interior items.
• Provide structured information flow to all project parties and educate stakeholders on NCG management.
• Handle invoices, claims and support sustainability targets by setting reuse and waste‑management strategies.
• Reduce storage costs, manage store inventories and collaborate with Expansion, Visual, Controlling, Accounting and Project Coordinators to resolve extra orders, missing material, delayed shipments and claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and interior design elements.
• Proven project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
