Night Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Night Manager oversees all hotel operations during the night shift at Amanvari, a luxury resort located on Mexico’s Eastern Cape. The role ensures that service, safety, and brand standards are upheld while handling arrivals, departures, and guest requests throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Lead front desk, concierge, and security teams during the night shift.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel areas to verify cleanliness and report irregularities.
• Oversee guest services operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and early departures.
• Coordinate with all departments via radio communication at the start of the shift.
• Manage night audit processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct team briefings, review daily reports, and reinforce brand pillars.
• Identify and report maintenance issues such as lighting, landscaping, or facility concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
