NVH / Insulation Release Engineer – Mechanical Design

About the role

We are seeking an NVH / Insulation Release Engineer to join our automotive engineering team. The role is responsible for designing, releasing, and validating NVH components to ensure vehicle performance targets are met. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers throughout vehicle development, validation, and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and release NVH components such as seals, silencers, body plugs, tunnels, and panels.
• Ensure NVH systems meet vehicle performance targets.
• Plan and execute validation and testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during validation and production phases.
• Support DFMEA and DVP&R updates and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Support launch and ongoing production activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in automotive design and release.
• Experience with NVH, insulation, plastic, or trim components.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, and validation processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with NX and Teamcenter.
