Operations Coordinator

About the role

As an Operations Coordinator you will own the end‑to‑end experience for members in an assigned market, ensuring every apartment is ready for move‑in and that any issues are resolved quickly. You will act as the main liaison between property partners, hosts and internal support teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all units meet move‑in standards before a member’s arrival.
• Lead the resolution of customer escalations with professionalism and creativity.
• Maintain relationships with property partners, hosts and back‑office teams.
• Manage support tickets and maintenance requests promptly.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality and check‑in scores.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2‑C1) and ability to work from the Polanco office.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Hands‑on problem‑solver with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Strategic thinker who balances big‑picture goals with day‑to‑day execution.

• Salary: 19,000 MXN gross per month plus performance‑based bonus.
