Workplace Services Manager, LATAM

About the role

The Workplace Services Manager for LATAM will lead the Administration Department in shaping a high‑performing, cost‑efficient workplace experience across regional offices. You will be responsible for overseeing office operations, vendor relationships, budgets, and employee‑focused programs to ensure a safe, productive, and engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office and space management, including routine maintenance, ticketing system performance, and spatial utilization.
• Lead vendor and contract management, set KPIs, create scopes of work, and conduct performance reviews for services such as cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage workplace budgets, track expenses, implement cost controls, and ensure inventory and signage are stocked.
• Partner with internal teams to plan and execute high‑impact events, wellness programs, and community activities.
• Collaborate with physical security, food services, real estate, and EHS stakeholders to maintain a seamless environment.
• Research and analyze data to propose improvements, creating visual reports for business cases.
• Lead full‑cycle projects including office moves, return‑to‑office strategies, and regional events.
• Administer workplace technology platforms and drive sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in workplace, office administration, or facilities management supporting a large employee base.
• Proven track record managing budgets, expenses, and end‑to‑end project lifecycles.
• Experience overseeing external IFM contractors, suppliers, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Fluent English with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Excellent operational judgment and ability to make decisions in fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel within North and South America as needed.
