Operations Supervisor – Distribution Center

About the role
The Operations Supervisor will lead the Pick & Pack area of our distribution centre, ensuring smooth execution of both automated and manual workflows. You will be responsible for meeting shift‑based targets while maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily pick and pack activities, coordinating staff across shifts.
- Manage and optimise automation processes that support order fulfilment.
- Oversee manual workflow streams to guarantee timely order completion.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve shift objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising warehouse or distribution centre operations.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting production targets.
